What you will do

• Perform advanced sourcing to build and maintain healthy pipelines for current and future global openings.
• Explore and implement new sourcing approaches to find untapped talent pools.
• Manage and optimize the recruitment tech stack, including ATS and LinkedIn.
• Collaborate closely with the global recruitment team to close advanced roles.

Requirements

• 1+ year of professional experience in sourcing.
• Strong research skills and an analytical mindset (familiarity with OSINT and data mining).
• English: B2 level required.
• Location: Must be based in Lviv for on-site work.
