What you will do

  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing for the LATAM market.
  • Build an outbound pipeline through cold outreach and targeted account research.
  • Identify and close ICP accounts, specifically startups, scaleups, and staffing firms.
  • Develop deep local market knowledge regarding compliance, pricing, and competitor positioning.
  • Establish a repeatable and scalable sales motion for the region.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to optimize lead quality and test messaging.

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in EOR, PEO, payroll, or HR tech.
  • Proven track record of building pipelines and closing deals in expansion markets.
  • Expertise in the full-cycle sales process: prospecting, discovery, demo, negotiation, and closing.
  • Ability to operate independently with high autonomy and minimal support.
  • Excellent English proficiency (C1) is required.
  • Must be based in Spain, Mexico, Brazil, or Colombia.

Nice to have

  • Prior experience with EOR or global employment services.
  • Specific experience selling into LATAM markets.
  • Track record of hiring and scaling a sales team.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce, Apollo, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
