What you will do
- Source and prospect new leads to feed the sales pipeline.
- Execute outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn cadences daily.
- Conduct account mapping and prospect into midmarket accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Account Executives to advance opportunities.
- Identify prospect challenges, pain points, and decision-making processes.
- Maintain data organization and usage of sales development tools within the CRM.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of demonstrable experience in outbound business development in a Tech/SaaS environment.
- Strong business acumen and communication skills.
- Resilience, ambition, and the ability to work in an organized, productive manner.
- English proficiency required.
- Strong collaborative spirit and ability to work as a team member.
