TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Driving growth in the Spanish market by qualifying leads and engaging potential customers with an accent on outbound prospecting and B2B solution selling. Location: Barcelona, Spain. Hybrid (3 days per week in office). Must have legal authorization to work in Spain.

What you will do
- Run outbound campaigns via phone, email, and social media to engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads and book meetings for Sales Executives with key decision-makers.
- Communicate the Perk value proposition based on prospect needs.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and interactions within Salesforce.
- Collaborate with Marketing to refine lead generation and awareness strategies.
Requirements
- Spanish Native Speaker and fluent in English.
- Legal authorization to work in Spain.
- Proven understanding of B2B solution selling with short sales cycles.
- Strong communication, presentation, and persuasion skills over the phone.
- Goal-oriented mindset with perseverance and a customer-centric approach.
