What you will do

  • Develop leads through outbound cold calling, emailing, and professional networking.
  • Research and map target prospects within the financial sector, including hedge funds, banks, and consulting firms.
  • Generate and qualify business opportunities using the BANT methodology.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create tailored sales pitches and value propositions.
  • Maintain and enrich the Salesforce CRM with precise prospect and lead information.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.

Requirements

  • Trilingual written and verbal proficiency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English is mandatory.
  • 1-4 years of experience as an SDR qualifying inbound leads in a B2B SaaS/Tech company.
  • Experience targeting the Maritime, Shipping, or Logistics sectors across the Americas/LATAM.
  • Must be based in Brazil, Colombia, or Mexico.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and copywriting skills for compelling outreach.
  • Proactive hunter mentality with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Nice to have

  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Experience with Outreach.io.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
