What you will do
- Drive new sales growth across digital clinical and education solutions.
- Identify, prospect, and secure new business with new customers.
- Cross-sell and expand solutions within existing accounts.
- Build strong professional networks with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
- Manage complex, strategic sales cycles within a matrixed organization.
- Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting using Salesforce.
Requirements
- Proven success in strategic account management and solution-based selling.
- Demonstrated experience in new-business development, including prospecting and closing.
- Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of healthcare and/or academic markets.
- Must be based in or be able to work from Sydney, Australia.
- Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.
Nice to have
- Clinical experience or professional qualifications.
- Experience working in an international or matrixed organisation.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
