Location: Hybrid arrangement based in Sydney, Australia

What you will do

  • Drive new sales growth across digital clinical and education solutions.
  • Identify, prospect, and secure new business with new customers.
  • Cross-sell and expand solutions within existing accounts.
  • Build strong professional networks with C-suite executives and senior stakeholders.
  • Manage complex, strategic sales cycles within a matrixed organization.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management and revenue forecasting using Salesforce.

Requirements

  • Proven success in strategic account management and solution-based selling.
  • Demonstrated experience in new-business development, including prospecting and closing.
  • Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Knowledge of healthcare and/or academic markets.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from Sydney, Australia.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically and internationally.

Nice to have

  • Clinical experience or professional qualifications.
  • Experience working in an international or matrixed organisation.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms.
