Salary: $85,000 + Commission + Equity

What you will do
- Drive outbound lead generation through cold calling, emailing, door-to-door prospecting, and referrals.
- Own the full sales cycle from planning and qualification to due diligence and closing deals.
- Consult with business owners to identify pain points and formulate customized banking and payment solutions.
- Meticulously manage the leads and deals pipeline within Hubspot Sales Hub.
- Develop commercially sound deals across diverse customer use cases, verticals, and complex economics.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to relay customer feedback and improve offerings.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of hands-on sales experience with a proven ability to achieve quarterly goals.
- Proficiency in prospecting, qualifying, value-based demonstrations, and negotiation.
- Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue independently.
- Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools, as well as Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Must be based in Sydney for hybrid office attendance.
- Tertiary education or a track record of relevant professional experience.

- Experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B scale-up sales.
- An established network of relationships with SME business owners and decision-makers.
