Location: Hybrid in Sydney, Australia

Salary: $85,000 + Commission + Equity

What you will do

  • Drive outbound lead generation through cold calling, emailing, door-to-door prospecting, and referrals.
  • Own the full sales cycle from planning and qualification to due diligence and closing deals.
  • Consult with business owners to identify pain points and formulate customized hirify.global banking and payment solutions.
  • Meticulously manage the leads and deals pipeline within Hubspot Sales Hub.
  • Develop commercially sound deals across diverse customer use cases, verticals, and complex economics.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to relay customer feedback and improve offerings.

Requirements

  • 2-3 years of hands-on sales experience with a proven ability to achieve quarterly goals.
  • Proficiency in prospecting, qualifying, value-based demonstrations, and negotiation.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a demonstrated ability to grow revenue independently.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools, as well as Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
  • Must be based in Sydney for hybrid office attendance.
  • Tertiary education or a track record of relevant professional experience.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or B2B scale-up sales.
  • An established network of relationships with SME business owners and decision-makers.
