What you will do

• Proactively reach out to existing customers to promote financial services offerings.
• Position and drive awareness of hirify.global Capital using effective sales techniques.
• Build trusted advisor relationships to identify financial service opportunities across the book of business.
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize territory growth.
• Collaborate with regional leaders to achieve sales targets and maximize opportunities.
• Provide merchant feedback to business leaders to influence product and service improvements.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience, preferably within financial service products, with a multi-year track record of high performance.
• Understanding of solution-based consultative sales in a SaaS environment.
• Proficiency in Salesforce.com and other pipeline management technologies.
• Strong interpersonal skills for building partnerships internally and externally.
• Ability to work collaboratively across adjacent teams.
