What you will do

  • Acquire new logos and expand the customer base (60% of focus).
  • Identify and mine growth opportunities within existing relationships (40% of focus).
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans and roadmaps for long-term customer success.
  • Analyze customers' business challenges to identify and explore automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical sales and customer success teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track, forecast, and report pipeline metrics using CRM tools.

Requirements

  • 7-12 years of enterprise software or solution sales experience.
  • Proven track record selling to enterprise/mid-market customers in Thailand and SEA.
  • Experience implementing land-and-expand strategies with initial deals over USD 30-50K.
  • Demonstrated ability to grow strategic accounts from 30K to 200K through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation capabilities in Bahasa and English.
  • Must be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.
