What you will do
- Lead a regional team of Enterprise and Commercial Account Executives managing the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sales growth.
- Define and execute the Go-to-market (GTM) vision and strategy for the ASEAN region.
- Drive business opportunities on the direct customer side and align with key focus partners in the region.
- Oversee daily activities and performance of individual AEs and first-line sales leaders.
- Scale the regional team through strategic recruiting, hiring, and development.
- Iterate on the sales cycle by coaching the team and sharing best practices across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling software businesses in the ASEAN market, specifically within integration, middleware, automation, or enterprise software.
- Demonstrated history of consistently meeting or exceeding country or regional sales quotas.
- Strong passion for mentoring and growing the careers of Account Executives.
- Ability to work effectively and enthusiastically in a high-growth environment.
