What you will do
- Recruit, onboard, and empower a high-performing team of Account Executives.
- Mentor the team on complex sales methodologies like MEDDICC to build a robust pipeline.
- Integrate AI tools and predictive analytics into daily sales workflows to personalize customer engagements.
- Maintain a disciplined weekly forecast cadence to ensure regional performance targets.
- Foster an ecosystem of technology partners to scale the Go-To-Market engine.
- Drive internal change by championing AI literacy and innovation across the organization.
Requirements
- Proven track record of leading a successful direct software sales team.
- Experience recruiting and developing top-tier Account Executives.
- Strong background in implementing formal sales methodologies like MEDDICC.
- Demonstrable experience achieving and exceeding sales quotas in high-paced environments.
- Fluency in AI technologies and integration of LLMs into professional workflows.
- Capacity for critical thinking to discern when AI automation should complement human judgment.

- Experience partnering with AI/ML product teams or participating in beta programs.
