What you will do
- Drive regional GTM strategies in close alignment with leadership to scale partner-led growth.
- Develop and execute comprehensive partner coverage models across channel, tech, cloud, and GSI alliances.
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, support, and CX teams to ensure ecosystem success.
- Refine GTM motions to adapt to evolving market dynamics and maximize partner opportunities.
- Drive net-new revenue through the partner ecosystem to meet and exceed aggressive targets.
Requirements
- Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in enterprise software sales.
- Strong experience managing GTM motions across channel, tech alliances, cloud, and GSI partners.
- Established relationships with national VARs and SIs.
- Must be based in the UK.
- Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, multi-tasking environment.
