What you will do

  • Drive regional GTM strategies in close alignment with leadership to scale partner-led growth.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive partner coverage models across channel, tech, cloud, and GSI alliances.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration with marketing, support, and CX teams to ensure ecosystem success.
  • Refine GTM motions to adapt to evolving market dynamics and maximize partner opportunities.
  • Drive net-new revenue through the partner ecosystem to meet and exceed aggressive targets.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets in enterprise software sales.
  • Strong experience managing GTM motions across channel, tech alliances, cloud, and GSI partners.
  • Established relationships with national VARs and SIs.
  • Must be based in the UK.
  • Ability to thrive in a high-velocity, multi-tasking environment.
