What you will do

• Partner cross-functionally with sales, partners, and global marketing teams to create cohesive go-to-market plans.
• Establish scalable field marketing best practices for the EMEA region while tailoring strategies for the UKI market.
• Oversee and optimize the regional marketing budget to ensure measurable business impact.
• Build and mentor a diverse, high-performing marketing team through empowerment and professional growth.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with significant leadership tenure in the UKI market.
• Proven success driving substantial pipeline and revenue growth in enterprise technology or SaaS.
• Track record of managing large-scale budgets and measuring ROI via advanced data analytics.
• Expertise in designing scalable regional programmes and implementing account-based marketing (ABM) strategies.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC), Marketo, and campaign measurement tools.
• Must be based in London, United Kingdom.
