What you will do

• Develop and execute a revenue-generating marketing plan tailored for the EMEA market.
• Manage localized campaigns, major events, conferences, ABM initiatives, and partner marketing programs.
• Partner closely with EMEA sales leadership to align marketing activities with pipeline growth.
• Own and optimize a marketing budget to maximize ARR impact.
• Track, measure, and iterate on campaign performance to continuously improve ROI.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in demand generation or product marketing within B2B environments.
• Must be based in Dublin and able to work from the office 3 days a week.
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time to manage events and partner relationships across EMEA.
• Strong ownership, self-direction, and comfort navigating ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills for creating compelling campaign narratives.
