What you will do

• Define and execute marketing demand strategy aligned with GTM priorities and ICPs to drive pipeline velocity.
• Architect integrated demand programs using signal-based marketing and autonomous AI agent workflows.
• Build an AI-first content engine leveraging GenAI tools to rapidly draft, test, and scale campaign messaging and assets.
• Lead next-gen search strategies, shifting from traditional SEO to AEO (Answer Engine Optimization) and GEO (Generative Engine Optimization).
• Manage global social media strategy, integrating AI tools for a video-first content approach and performance optimization.
• Govern the AI tech stack and ensure integration into the Salesforce ecosystem with accurate attribution.

Requirements

• 5+ years in B2B SaaS Growth Marketing.
• Hands-on experience deploying AI marketing tools, autonomous agents, or LLM-driven content workflows.
• Deep expertise in account-based marketing (ABM) and intent-driven demand (e.g., 6sense, Clay).
• Strong understanding of modern search dynamics (AEO/GEO) and AI consumption.
• Proven success driving pipeline generation and revenue impact.
• Must be based in New Orleans, LA, United States
