What you will do

  • Execute paid and owned campaigns across LinkedIn, Google Ads, display, email, and content syndication channels to generate qualified leads.
  • Manage campaign setup and lead capture processes, including landing page coordination and form optimization.
  • Collaborate with Data and Analytics teams to track CPL, MQL volume, and channel ROI.
  • Support account-based marketing (ABM) initiatives by coordinating target account lists and digital campaign setups.
  • Coordinate with external agencies and media partners to ensure timely delivery of campaigns.
  • Perform post-campaign analysis to identify optimization opportunities for future programs.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in B2B demand generation or growth marketing within the IT, software, or SaaS sector.
  • Native German speaker.
  • Full professional proficiency in English.
  • Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and marketing automation platforms.
  • Understanding of the EMEA IT landscape, with a preference for experience in UK or DACH markets.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review campaign data and communicate insights clearly.
