TL;DR

Location: Must be based in the New York Metropolitan Area (Jersey City), hybrid work model.

What you will do

  • Design and execute the U.S. field marketing strategy aligned with global priorities and sales objectives.
  • Partner with Sales to drive pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and account expansion for top-tier enterprise accounts.
  • Plan and deliver high-impact programs including executive roundtables, flagship industry conferences, and trade events.
  • Execute ABM and targeted field experiments to engage senior engineering and business leaders.
  • Collaborate with technology partners like NVIDIA and Microsoft on joint field initiatives.
  • Track, measure, and report on marketing performance, revenue impact, and customer feedback.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of experience in B2B field marketing, revenue marketing, or demand generation.
  • Proven track record of success working closely with Sales teams in enterprise environments.
  • Hands-on experience designing executive-level events and ABM programs.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise buying motions and long sales cycles.
  • Must be able to work on-site in the New York Metropolitan Area (Jersey City).
  • Strong independent planning, execution, and analytical skills.

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or engineering software sectors.
  • Previous exposure to partner or ecosystem marketing.
  • Experience working within global or distributed team structures.
