Salary: €54,600 – €69,400 gross per year (Total compensation up to €78,400)

What you will do
- Design and implement practical learning formats, including blended learning, live sessions, and microlearning across the employee lifecycle.
- Drive leadership development initiatives, serving as a strategic sparring partner for Leads to build capable teams.
- Evolve the competency model and translate it into clear, skill-based career paths for Individual Contributors and Leaders.
- Analyze engagement data from pulse surveys and eNPS to derive and implement concrete L&D initiatives.
Requirements
- Hands-on L&D expertise gained within a growing organization, with a focus on building structure and strategic delivery.
- Experience designing and delivering modern learning formats for a digitally native audience.
- Proven ability to lead workshops and alignment sessions with senior stakeholders without formal authority.
- Experience building and facilitating structured, role-specific onboarding programs beyond generic HR processes.
- Expertise in developing pragmatic competency models and linking L&D pathways to performance review cycles.
- English: Proficiency required for communicating complex topics clearly to senior audiences.
Nice to have
- Hands-on experience with e-learning authoring tools, ideally Articulate 360.
- Familiarity with people development platforms such as Culture Amp or Leapsome.
- Experience using AI-powered tools like Synthesia to create digital learning videos.
