Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Learning & Development or Organizational Development.
• Proven track record in designing and delivering leadership development programs.
• Hands-on experience with learning technologies and curiosity for AI in L&D.
• Strong background in using data and insights to measure program outcomes.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
