What you will do
- Manage the company-wide engagement and learning calendar including townhalls and team events.
- Execute engagement programs end-to-end to drive strong participation and employee experience.
- Coordinate learning initiatives covering technical, soft skills, and leadership topics.
- Facilitate onboarding culture sessions to integrate new hires into company values.
- Maintain training logistics, attendance tracking, and program effectiveness metrics.
- Partner with leadership to integrate feedback and recognition into daily operations.
Requirements
- Experience in learning and development, employee engagement, or HR program roles.
- Strong execution and coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in managing calendars, trackers, and HR systems.
- Clear communication and facilitation skills for group settings.
