What you will do

• Manage the company-wide engagement and learning calendar, including townhalls, team activities, and internal campaigns.
• Plan and execute end-to-end engagement programs to ensure high participation and a positive employee experience.
• Coordinate learning programs across technical, soft skills, and leadership domains.
• Oversee training logistics, including scheduling, attendance tracking, and effectiveness measurement.
• Facilitate onboarding sessions to integrate new hires into company values and operational workflows.
• Partner with leadership to embed feedback and recognition practices into daily operations.

Requirements

• Must be based in China
• Proven experience in learning & development, employee engagement, or HR programs.
• Strong execution and coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives.
• Proficiency with HR tools, trackers, spreadsheets, and LMS/HRIS systems.
• Clear communication and facilitation skills for group settings.
• High ownership and a practical mindset focused on measurable impact.
