What you will do

• Build relationships with business leaders and People & Culture partners to understand priorities and challenges
• Serve as trusted advisor on team effectiveness, leadership, and performance improvement
• Conduct needs assessments to identify root causes of performance gaps and recommend solutions
• Design and deliver targeted learning solutions, leveraging enterprise programs
• Facilitate leadership sessions, team workshops, and capability-building experiences
• Define success metrics, evaluate impact, and use data to improve development efforts

Requirements

• 3+ years in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or related field
• Demonstrated consultative L&D or performance partnering experience
• Strong facilitation skills for leadership and team experiences
• Proven ability to influence in complex, matrixed environments
• Ability to translate business priorities into development strategies
• Must have legal right to work in the U.S.
• Strong prioritization in ambiguous environments; experience defining metrics

Nice to have

• Experience in business-facing L&D or HRBP roles
• Background in media, technology, or consumer-driven organizations
• Familiarity with performance consulting methodologies
• Experience with automation and/or AI tools (chatGPT, Gemini, etc.)
