What you will do

• Drive consumption by helping customers derive value from the platform and increasing usage.
• Secure strategic committed deals by identifying, structuring, and closing opportunities for co-investment in high-priority initiatives.
• Use intent signals, account planning, and customer stories to prospect and target leads effectively.
• Build relationships with key prospects to displace incumbent technologies.
• Maintain an accurate Salesforce pipeline, create proof of concepts, and manage the sales cycle.
• Engage with architects and professional services to coordinate demand planning sessions and align with executive sponsors.

Requirements

• Proven ability to navigate complex and ambiguous customer situations.
• Proven track record in sales in the Insurance industry.
• Demonstrable experience in selling innovation in Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS technology.
• Strong prospecting, lead generation, and customer engagement skills.
• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of hirify.global' platform and the ability to communicate its value.
