Location: Hybrid in Adelaide, Australia

Salary: $85,000 + Commission + Equity

hirify.global is a fast-growing Australian fintech scale-up reimagining business banking and payments for businesses of all sizes.

What you will do

  • Execute the full sales cycle, from planning and cold calling to qualifying and closing deals.
  • Perform outbound lead generation through door-to-door prospecting, cold calling, and email.
  • Build deep relationships with business owners to understand pain points and position hirify.global as the optimal solution.
  • Manage the leads and deals pipeline in Hubspot with high attention to detail and hygiene.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations teams to relay customer feedback.
  • Develop commercially sound deals across various customer use cases and complex economics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of hands-on experience in a sales position with a proven track record of achieving quarterly goals.
  • Strong commercial mindset and ability to manage and grow revenue.
  • Proficiency in prospecting, identifying target merchants, and negotiating complex solutions.
  • Experience with Hubspot or similar CRM tools, and Google/Microsoft productivity suites.
  • Excellent written, verbal, and oral presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and handle ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience in SaaS, fintech, or scale-up B2B sales.
  • An existing relationship network with SME business owners and decision makers.
