What you will do

• Classify HS codes for spare parts, warranty parts, and upgrade or retrofit components.
• Monitor China customs regulations, tariff updates, classification records, and audit documentation.
• Operate a centralized control tower for hirify.global shipments across Greater China.
• Track shipments from origin to final delivery and resolve clearance delays, documentation issues, and logistics disruptions.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, Procurement, Logistics, and Service teams.
• Report on clearance performance, compliance metrics, and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in customs classification, international trade compliance, or logistics coordination.
• In-depth knowledge of China’s HS code system and customs regulations.
• Experience with control tower or shipment monitoring operations.
• Fluent Mandarin and English, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
