What you will do

• Perform accurate HS code codification for all hirify.global materials, including spare parts, warranty parts, and upgrade/retrofit components.
• Stay current with China customs regulations and tariff updates to ensure ongoing compliance.
• Operate as centralized control tower for all hirify.global shipments within Greater China.
• Monitor shipment status from origin to final delivery, ensuring real-time visibility.
• Proactively identify and resolve customs clearance delays, documentation issues, or logistics disruptions.
• Partner with Procurement, Logistics, and Service teams to align customs strategies with business needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, International Trade, Logistics, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in customs classification, international trade compliance, or logistics coordination.
• In-depth knowledge of China HS code system and customs regulations.
• Proven experience with control tower or shipment monitoring operations.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and verbal)
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
