What you will do

• Execute daily sourcing activities and manage supplier performance to support operational continuity.
• Purchase materials according to technical specifications, pricing, delivery schedules, and commercial terms.
• Resolve supplier quality, delivery, and service issues with cross-functional teams.
• Support regional and global sourcing strategies and lead commercial negotiations with key suppliers.
• Conduct market benchmarking, renew supplier price lists and terms, and implement cost-reduction programs.
• Onboard and evaluate suppliers while improving lead time, quality, procurement efficiency, and supply chain resilience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Chemical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field.
• 5+ years of procurement experience in chemicals, plastics, and insulation materials.
• Experience with epoxy resin, instrument transformers, insulation components, and electrical plastic components is highly preferred.
• Experience in supplier development, cost analysis, negotiation, category strategy, and risk management.
• Strong communication, execution, analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ERP systems, and data analytics tools; fluent English required.
