What you will do

• Manage DMP order fulfillment through Kanban and BPA processes to support production plans and customer delivery requirements.
• Lead buyers in inventory planning, Kanban card audits, material replenishment, and inventory accuracy activities.
• Collaborate with Production, Engineering, Supplier Quality, Finance, and other functions to resolve supply, quality, and operational issues.
• Execute procurement and planning activities for engineering changes, product changes, and product lifecycle updates.
• Maintain Oracle master data and prepare vendor performance evaluations and operational reports.
• Lead continuous improvement, Kaizen, and assigned projects while tracking KPIs, inventory targets, stockout prevention, and service performance.

Requirements

• Experience managing procurement, material replenishment, inventory planning, and supplier performance in a manufacturing environment.
• Ability to lead buyers and coordinate cross-functional issue resolution.
• Experience with Oracle master data and operational reporting.
• Ability to manage engineering and product change implementation.
• Commitment to EHS regulations, safety policies, operational procedures, and measurable process improvement.
