Supply Chain Leader (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Monitor material planning against project requirements and production schedules.
• Release purchase requisitions through the MRP and ERP systems, track material deliveries, and resolve shortages or delays.
• Control inventory levels, manage slow-moving stock, and ensure material availability.
• Dispatch and release production schedules based on sales orders, analyzing capacity loading to support delivery requirements.
• Coordinate with production development, warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teams to achieve production plans and on-time delivery.
• Apply lean principles and KAIZEN to improve planning processes, reduce costs, and resolve ERP and master-data issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in production manufacturing, logistics, procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
• More than five years of experience in material or production planning within manufacturing.
• Understanding of sales plans and market demand, with strong analytical and logical-thinking skills.
• Experience with ERP and planning systems.
• Leadership, teamwork, accountability, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Fluent English in both oral and written communication.
