Buyer/Planner (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Plan and purchase raw materials and parts according to production requirements.
• Negotiate supplier delivery schedules and costs to maintain sufficient inventory and prevent production shortages.
• Control inventory using DMP/IMAG and related systems.
• Support supplier quality improvement and coordinate internal resources to meet customer demand.
• Coordinate engineering changes and QDIP follow-up with engineering and production teams.
• Use DBS tools, including DM/VM, DMS, and PSP, to improve materials management and logistics processes.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Working knowledge of ERP and Excel; Oracle experience preferred.
• Strong English communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Logical reasoning and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in Shanghai, China.
