What you will do

Develop monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory, sales, and procurement plans with procurement, sales, and supplier teams.
Adjust forecasting models and procurement rhythms to maintain optimal inventory levels and meet turnover targets.
Execute purchase orders, track deliveries, and use automation tools to improve replenishment efficiency and reduce stock-out risks.
Analyze inventory structures, create replenishment strategies, and control slow-moving and long-aged inventory.
Evaluate supplier performance, coordinate production schedules, and develop supply chain solutions to improve delivery timeliness and flexibility.
Identify supply chain bottlenecks, optimize system processes, and implement automation and innovation projects to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Requirements

Experience or capability in demand planning, procurement execution, inventory operations, and supply chain optimization.
Ability to analyze inventory turnover, long-aged inventory, replenishment needs, and supply chain efficiency.
Ability to collaborate with procurement, sales, suppliers, and cross-functional teams.
Capability to use automation and system improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
