ADAMA Pacific is looking for a highly organized and proactive Office and Travel Manager to support their Executive Leadership Team and drive seamless business operations across Australia and New Zealand.

What you will do

  • Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and EMT, coordinating calendars, meetings, and communications.
  • Plan and deliver internal and customer events, managing corporate travel arrangements.
  • Oversee fleet operations across Australia and New Zealand, managing vendor relationships and compliance.
  • Manage head office facilities, ensuring compliance with workplace safety protocols.
  • Support mobile and data account management and coordinate with IT vendors.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in executive support, office management, or business operations (5+ years).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of discretion and professionalism.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with tools like SAP Concur and fleet systems.
