What you will do

• Execute detailed tasks within the mortgage services cycle, including Stamping, Settlement, and Registration (SSR).
• Manage daily workflow queues to ensure high quality, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Apply company policies and statutory regulatory requirements to all processed files.
• Collaborate with Team Leaders to identify and implement process improvements and new client initiatives.
• Maintain operational excellence through strict adherence to checklists and established manuals.

Requirements

• Track record of operational administrator work experience (desirable).
• Experience within the property services industry (desirable).
• Well-developed skills in client service and issue resolution.
• Proficiency with online operational systems and software.
• Must be based in Hobart, Australia.
