TL;DR

Account Executive, Enterprise (DACH): Responsible for new client acquisition and revenue growth within zero-base accounts and existing customers, supporting them in becoming more trusted organizations. Focus on leveraging industry knowledge and value-based sales skills to create solutions and solve complex customer problems.

Location: Munich, Germany. Encouraging three days a week in office for most roles.

What you will do

  • Meet or exceed quota by consistently generating and qualifying opportunities.
  • Identify and leverage stakeholders and leaders to drive the execution of the sales strategy.
  • Work cross-functionally with Business Development, Partner Channel, and Solutions Engineering to expand key accounts.
  • Understand customer needs and articulate valuable solutions through two-sided discovery and communication.
  • Differentiate hirify.global’s solutions by understanding key competitors and their strategies.
  • Establish customer relationships to position hirify.global as a trusted advisor.

Requirements

  • Strong experience selling B2B Enterprise-level software or related technologies (7+ years preferred).
  • Previous experience in Value Selling.
  • Strong track record of landing new logos while growing and supporting existing key accounts.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.com or similar CRM solution.
  • Fluent in English and German.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Privacy, Security, Third-Party Risk management, Compliance.
  • Experience directly selling into the Information Security department.
  • CIPP/E or CIPM certified.
  • Trained in Command of Message.
