Salary: $165,400 - $225,000

What you will do

  • Lead the Stock Admin function autonomously, defining its scope and vision.
  • Oversee and inspire a globally distributed team, ensuring their success through clear guidance and coaching.
  • Proactively identify and optimize global equity policies and processes, anticipating industry trends.
  • Serve as a trusted internal advisor, providing subject matter expertise to navigate complex equity situations.
  • Lead complex cross-functional collaborations with internal partners to design and implement global equity processes.
  • Partner strategically with the Finance and People teams to set and manage Stock Admin team budgets.

Requirements

  • A Bachelor’s degree.
  • 7+ years of experience in global equity management and administration, including 3+ years of leading the function and a distributed team.
  • CEP Level 3 designation required.
  • Proven experience managing global external providers such as vendors and consultants.
  • Strong knowledge of global equity laws, regulations, and processes.

Nice to have

  • Experience with Shareworks/Morgan Stanley/E*Trade.
  • Experience scaling equity at a fast growing company in both the private and public sector.
  • Very deep subject matter expertise in multiple equity areas.
  • Highly collaborative, yet independently drives complex, company-wide projects and decisions forward.
  • Demonstrated literacy in AI concepts and applications.
