What you will do

  • Ensure customers successfully integrate with the product and achieve desired results.
  • Understand customer needs and roles within enterprise organizations, helping to manage prioritizations and misalignments.
  • Craft internal and external narratives to ensure customer success.
  • Manage engineering time to prioritize important work for customers.
  • Field and troubleshoot customer support requests.
  • Create and update customer documentation and training materials.

Requirements

  • A minimum of three years professional experience dealing directly with customers and large organizations in a role within customer success, technical account management, or solutions consulting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Know what an API is and have interacted with them before.
  • Excellent ability to quickly understand the different roles in an organization and craft clear narratives to get people behind your ideas.
  • Ability to convince and motivate those around you to do what you know is right.
  • Must be based in Eastern Europe.
  • Being multilingual would be a strong advantage.
