What you will do

  • Build and nurture proactive relationships with Arbitrage and Bridgeton clients to ensure their goals are met.
  • Deliver seamless onboarding experiences and execute tailored engagement campaigns to drive platform adoption.
  • Provide expert support via email, calls, and in-person meetings as the primary resource for maritime data and workflows.
  • Analyze usage trends to align hirify.global’s solutions with client objectives such as arbitrage assessment and risk mitigation.
  • Collaborate with Sales to uncover expansion opportunities and support renewals through data-backed narratives.
  • Liaise with Product and Engineering teams to translate client feedback into actionable product enhancements.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or a similar client-facing role.
  • Proven experience managing a book of business, ideally within environments involving arbitrage tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent practical experience.
  • Technical competence in discussing data-related topics, including familiarity with APIs, Excel, and analytics tools.
  • Must be based in or able to work in London on a hybrid basis.
