Location: Hybrid (Cologne, Germany). Requires 2 days/week in the office.

What you will do
- Manage and own a portfolio of B2B e-commerce customers, driving product adoption and performance optimization.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through proactive communication and expert consultation.
- Identify and convert growth opportunities within the existing customer base.
- Act as the voice of the customer, sharing feedback with Product, Marketing, and Legal teams to shape future solutions.
- Develop and maintain long-term relationships to foster customer loyalty.
Requirements
- Professional experience in Customer Success Management, ideally within SaaS or e-commerce.
- German fluency and strong English skills required.
- Proven sales instinct and negotiation skills to position technologies effectively.
- Proficiency with CRM systems, specifically Salesforce.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Must be based in or able to commute to Cologne for hybrid office days.
