Compensation: $84,706 – $105,882 USD OTE / $81,882 – $102,353 CAD OTE

What you will do
- Manage and support a portfolio of 40–60 growth-stage merchants to ensure retention and product adoption.
- Build deep understanding of merchant business goals and technical setups to guide effective feature usage.
- Lead regular business reviews and success planning sessions aligned with merchant outcomes.
- Partner with Sales to execute renewals, expansions, and upsell motions.
- Utilize data health signals from tools like Salesforce and Looker to prioritize work and mitigate churn risk.
- Serve as a trusted point of contact for technical issues and product support inquiries.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States or Canada.
- Professional experience in a SaaS Customer Success role with accountability for retention.
- Technical aptitude to understand product behavior, APIs, and complex eCommerce workflows.
- Experience with Shopify and eCommerce platforms is strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in using data tools like Salesforce or Looker to drive account strategy.
- Strong communication skills to balance empathy with data-driven decision making.
