What you will do
- Own and grow a portfolio of customers, ensuring long-term retention and expansion.
- Develop and execute joint account plans to define priorities and ensure measurable value delivery.
- Lead renewal and commercial conversations with operational and executive stakeholders.
- Drive product adoption and increase user confidence in the platform.
- Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to influence product improvements based on customer feedback.
- Act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve business outcomes using the software.
Requirements
- Proven experience in managing and growing B2B SaaS customers.
- Strong commercial instincts with experience leading investment and renewal conversations.
- Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
- Technical credibility and experience collaborating with product teams.
- High ownership mindset and strong follow-through on commitments.
- Fluency in Danish is required for this role.
