Location: Copenhagen, Denmark (Hybrid/Remote)

What you will do

  • Own and grow a portfolio of customers, ensuring long-term retention and expansion.
  • Develop and execute joint account plans to define priorities and ensure measurable value delivery.
  • Lead renewal and commercial conversations with operational and executive stakeholders.
  • Drive product adoption and increase user confidence in the platform.
  • Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing to influence product improvements based on customer feedback.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to help customers achieve business outcomes using the software.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in managing and growing B2B SaaS customers.
  • Strong commercial instincts with experience leading investment and renewal conversations.
  • Ability to engage executive-level stakeholders and navigate complex organizational structures.
  • Technical credibility and experience collaborating with product teams.
  • High ownership mindset and strong follow-through on commitments.
  • Fluency in Danish is required for this role.
