What you will do
- Engage with customers on a day-to-day basis to resolve technical, product, and support questions.
- Support onboarding by identifying project timelines, technical challenges, and risk factors.
- Lead hands-on product demonstrations and technical workshop sessions to drive feature adoption.
- Document customer use cases, architectures, and roadmaps to advocate for the voice of the customer internally.
- Collaborate with sales and renewal teams to support expansion and renewal discussions.
- Manage customer health checks and track resolutions for technical escalations.
Requirements
- Location: Must be based in France.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues.
- Practical working knowledge of APIs and microservices architectures.
- Experience with Kubernetes and Cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams like product, engineering, and support.
