TL;DR

Customer Success Manager (API/Microservices): Acting as the primary technical point of contact for customers with an accent on driving product adoption, managing implementations, and resolving escalations. Focus on building long-term partnerships, understanding customer architecture and use cases, and bridging technical needs with business value within the hirify.global API platform ecosystem.

Location: Must be based in France. Remote role.

What you will do

  • Engage with customers on a day-to-day basis to resolve technical, product, and support questions.
  • Support onboarding by identifying project timelines, technical challenges, and risk factors.
  • Lead hands-on product demonstrations and technical workshop sessions to drive feature adoption.
  • Document customer use cases, architectures, and roadmaps to advocate for the voice of the customer internally.
  • Collaborate with sales and renewal teams to support expansion and renewal discussions.
  • Manage customer health checks and track resolutions for technical escalations.

Requirements

  • Location: Must be based in France.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to articulate complex technical issues.
  • Practical working knowledge of APIs and microservices architectures.
  • Experience with Kubernetes and Cloud technologies such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams like product, engineering, and support.
