TL;DR
Customer Success Manager (Ecommerce): Ensuring French clients maximize 's capabilities to reach their business objectives with an accent on customer retention, identifying risk, and preventing churn. Focus on conducting scalable trainings, capturing client insights, and optimizing customer lifecycle processes.
Location: Must live in The Netherlands with travel distance from our Utrecht office and be willing to come to our Utrecht office for 2 days/week.
Salary: €3,210 - €4,000 per month

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of clients, focusing on customer retention, identifying risk, preventing churn, and realizing upsell and expansion opportunities.
- Conduct kick-off meetings, strategic impact reviews, check-ins, demos, and commercially lead meetings, working strategically with partners online and onsite.
- Develop success plans with outcome-driven and goal-focused metrics for both agency partners and advertisers.
- Conduct scalable trainings with larger advertisers and agency partners, both at the office, abroad, and online.
- Capture valuable client insights and feedback, delivering this to product, development, and commercial teams.
- Collaborate with the marketing department and clients to seize opportunities for webinars and the publication of success stories.
Requirements
- Experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Partnership Management, or Relationship Management.
- Experience in SaaS and/or eCommerce is required; a background in Marketing or Agency is preferred.
- Interest in online marketing and eCommerce.
- Excellent written and spoken English and French at a C2 level.
- Must live in The Netherlands with travel distance from our Utrecht office.
- Must have a valid work permit for the Netherlands or EU citizenship.
