Location: Must be based in California (based on salary range disclosure requirements).

Salary: $183,365 – $263,639

What you will do

  • Define and manage the annual sales incentive plan and track quarterly performance payouts.
  • Oversee revenue split systems and implementation between design and production territories.
  • Manage quoting business rules and processes within Salesforce and Oracle.
  • Lead accurate monthly customer forecasting for both sell-through and sell-in data.
  • Drive automation and system design for Salesforce, Oracle, and ServiceNow platforms.
  • Maintain data integrity across all sales systems and manage territory definition rules.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 10 years of relevant work experience in the semiconductor industry.
  • Deep understanding of semiconductor-specific sales processes like ship and debit.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; mastery of MS Access or relational databases.
  • Ability to work effectively across all levels of the organization from the CEO down.
  • High sense of urgency and self-driven attitude.
