TL;DR

Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Qualifying and engaging with prospective hirify.global customers to feed the sales funnel with an accent on outreach campaigns and understanding prospect needs. Focus on conducting high-level discussions with Office Managers, CFOs, or Travel Managers to explain the hirify.global Value Proposition.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of our Boston or Chicago hub.

Salary: $52.5K – $80K

hirify.global is the intelligent platform for travel and spend management, automating everything from travel bookings to expenses and invoice processing.

What you will do

  • Run outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social touches.
  • Qualify leads during phone calls, ensuring they meet customer requirements, and schedule consultations.
  • Understand the needs of target prospects and articulate the value that hirify.global provides.
  • Maintain accurate prospect information and interaction activities in Salesforce.
  • Acquire expert knowledge of hirify.global and its evolving features.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop new ways to increase awareness of hirify.global and improve the lead qualification process.

Requirements

  • Previous experience working in a startup selling SaaS products.
  • Proven track record of success within a fast-paced environment.
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written.
  • Ability to build credibility over the phone with prospects.
  • Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle.
  • Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. now and in the future.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the travel industry.
  • Experience using inside sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, SalesNav, LeadIQ.
  • Bring a curiosity for tech and AI—especially in how it can be used creatively to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and drive efficiency in your day-to-day sales process.
