TL;DR
Sales Development Representative (SaaS): Qualifying and engaging with prospective customers to feed the sales funnel with an accent on outreach campaigns and understanding prospect needs. Focus on conducting high-level discussions with Office Managers, CFOs, or Travel Managers to explain the Value Proposition.
Location: Must be based within commuting distance of our Boston or Chicago hub.
Salary: $52.5K – $80K

What you will do
- Run outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social touches.
- Qualify leads during phone calls, ensuring they meet customer requirements, and schedule consultations.
- Understand the needs of target prospects and articulate the value that provides.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and interaction activities in Salesforce.
- Acquire expert knowledge of and its evolving features.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop new ways to increase awareness of and improve the lead qualification process.
Requirements
- Previous experience working in a startup selling SaaS products.
- Proven track record of success within a fast-paced environment.
- Outstanding communication and presentation skills, both spoken and written.
- Ability to build credibility over the phone with prospects.
- Good understanding of B2B solution selling with a short sales cycle.
- Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. now and in the future.
Nice to have
- Experience in the travel industry.
- Experience using inside sales tools like Salesforce, Outreach, SalesNav, LeadIQ.
- Bring a curiosity for tech and AI—especially in how it can be used creatively to improve workflows, automate repetitive tasks, and drive efficiency in your day-to-day sales process.
