TL;DR
Partner Development Representative (Fintech): Sourcing and qualifying new value-added resellers and distributors to expand the channel partner ecosystem with an accent on outbound prospecting and building new business motions. Location: Must be based in the US (or relocate to NYC or SF).
Salary: $110,000 - $120,000

What you will do
- Source and qualify new reseller partners through outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
- Identify Value Added Resellers (VARs) and distributors aligned with the company program.
- Engage senior leadership and C-suite personas to introduce the reseller program.
- Build and manage a consistent top-of-funnel pipeline for Channel Partner Managers.
- Craft outbound messaging and campaigns tailored to reseller needs.
- Maintain accurate partner and opportunity data in CRM systems.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States
- Strong outbound sales, partnerships, or business development experience.
- Consultative communication skills to engage senior stakeholders effectively.
- Proven ability to build and iterate on new business acquisition motions.
- Disciplined approach to managing outbound metrics and sales pipelines.
- Curiosity about reseller business models and fintech revenue streams.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, or software resale partner ecosystems.
- Background in high-growth startup sales environments.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
