Sales Development Representative (New Graduate): Qualifying and engaging prospective customers to feed the sales funnel with an accent on understanding customer needs and articulating the value proposition. Location: Must be based within commuting distance of hubs. Applicants must be authorized to work for any employer in the U.S. now and in the future. Relocation assistance is available from anywhere in the world.
Salary: $52.5K – $80K

What you will do
- Run outreach campaigns using phone, email, and social media.
- Qualify leads, engage prospects, and schedule conversations for Sales Executives.
- Understand prospect needs and articulate the value provides.
- Maintain accurate prospect information and interaction activities in Salesforce.
- Build deep knowledge of and its product features.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team to improve lead qualification.
Requirements
- Strong interest in sales, business development, or go-to-market roles.
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Confidence speaking with new people and building credibility over the phone.
- Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
- Resilience, perseverance, and a goal-oriented mindset.
Nice to have
- Internship, campus org, or work experience in sales, customer-facing, or business development environments.
- Experience using tools like Salesforce, Outreach, SalesNav, or LeadIQ.
