What you will do

• Manage turnover, recruiting, payroll and benefits administration.
• Drive positive employee relations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with the Company's legal obligations as to the FMLA, ADA, EEO/Affirmative Action, Workers' Compensation, Unemployment and other employment laws.
• Ensure that partners are trained on company safety policies and procedures and emphasizing a culture of safety at the location overall.

Requirements

• High School Diploma/GED; Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
• Experience with safety programs, compensation, benefits, recruiting, hiring and training
• A valid, full, unrestricted driver's license
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and intranet/internet

Nice to have

• 2+ years' Human Resources experience
