What you will do
- Execute end-to-end technical recruitment for contract and full-time roles across Canada and LATAM.
- Manage project staffing and resource allocation to maximize chargeability and minimize bench time.
- Partner with the executive team to track hiring, utilization, and pipeline conversion metrics.
- Act as an HR Generalist, monitoring team sentiment and maintaining a positive remote company culture.
- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and strategic outreach for niche technical roles.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in HR, Recruitment, and Operations within Canadian tech consulting or digital agencies.
- Proven success recruiting for roles such as Project/Program Managers, BAs, UI/UX Designers, Developers, and Solution Architects.
- Experience with digital banking platforms (e.g., Forge, VeriPark, Temenos, Backbase) or CMS (AEM, Sitecore, OpenText).
- Must be based in and eligible to work in Canada.
Nice to have
- Experience in client management, capturing requirements, and presenting shortlists.
- Background in recruiting operations within a fully remote digital agency.
- Exposure to hiring for AI, VR, AR, and XR roles.
