TL;DR

Sales Development Manager (SaaS): Leading and managing a team of Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to achieve quarterly targets with an accent on coaching, mentoring, and skill development. Focus on designing effective training programs, creating educational materials, and analyzing performance metrics to drive team success.

Location: Must be based within commuting distance of hirify.global's hubs (Boston)

Salary: $84K – $110K • Offers Equity • Offers Commission

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of 8-12 Sales Development Representatives to overachieve quarterly targets.
  • Conduct weekly 1:1s with team members to ensure continued success and target achievement.
  • Develop monthly objectives for the sales team and manage employee performance.
  • Coach and mentor the sales team, focusing on constant skill development.
  • Develop educational material, including presentations, sales scripts, and product updates.
  • Design training courses using gamification, role-playing activities, and pitch simulations.

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a sales or business development role, ideally within SaaS or tech-related industry.
  • Previous experience in a leadership or management role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales development process, from lead generation to opportunity creation.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Very creative and solution-driven attitude.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze and interpret performance metrics.
