What you will do

• Lead negotiations with hotel chains and independent properties to secure competitive corporate rates and preferred agreements.
• Manage the full RFP lifecycle, from supplier selection to rate loading and final recommendations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key hotel chains and accommodation providers.
• Support Account Managers with client hotel strategies and deliver internal training sessions.
• Analyze booking data, market demand, and performance trends to inform sourcing decisions.

Requirements

• Strong background in hotel RFP processes and corporate rate negotiations, including experience with CVENT or another RFP sourcing tool.
• Experience within a TMC, corporate travel environment, hotel sales team, or procurement function.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines across different clients.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
