What you will do

• Provide strategic sales support to the B2B Distribution Sales team.
• Own end-to-end sales pipeline management for the distribution channel.
• Configure Salesforce dashboards, reports, and workflow automations.
• Provide data analysis to help sales leadership prioritize high-value partners.
• Champion the use of AI tools to drive value in sales workflows.
• Partner with BD, Partner Success, Data, and Technical teams on strategic initiatives.

Requirements

• 2+ years in Sales Operations, Business Operations, or a data-driven commercial role.
• Demonstrated experience as a Salesforce power user.
• Expert-level comfort with data analysis tools (Excel/Google Sheets, Tableau, or SQL).
• Practical experience incorporating AI into daily work.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
• A self-starter mentality and comfortable navigating ambiguity.
